Jane is a yoga instructor based in Glasgow, but has been holding yoga classes via Zoom during lockdown, so anyone can join in! Jane's classes focus on taking time to listen to what your body and mind need from you. As well as group classes, Jane provides one to ones via Zoom too. Head in the Wild is an awesome Instagram page recently set up by Eimear, a lover of the outdoors, who's aim is to bring like-minded people together to connect to nature, one another and themselves by organising group hikes up the beautiful Mourne Mountains. A great way to meet new people combined with the added benefit of fresh air, exercise and moutain views!
